One of the best stress management tools available, massage has been proven throughout the ages to be a great way to balance out your body and mind.  If you are an athlete at any level, you can make massage part of your recovery plan and bounce back more quickly.  If you work long hours at a desk, or stand or walk all day, massage can help relieve those patterns of chronic stress and tension.  **These treatments can be made deep tissue or sports massage at no extra charge**

Injury specific assessment

Here we devote time to looking at how you move, how your muscles are functioning, and your pain patterns. If you are struggling with an injury this is a worthwhile investment, and will get us closer to the original cause.

Kinesio Taping® session

Elastic therapeutic tape has been around for 40 years, and Kinesio Tape is the original.  Feel the difference this supportive tape can make.  It is non-medicated and will allow you to move freely, so you can run, swim, or otherwise remain active while your body continues to heal.  We can tape for posture support, as well as musculoskeletal injuries.  Stay moving with less pain.

Craniosacral Therapy

Experience the deep healing with this style of bodywork.  Here we will take a b-line to your central nervous system via the subtle micro movements of your craniosacral rhythm, also known as “primary respiration”.  Unlike massage, with craniosacral we won’t be applying much force to your body. Instead, we use various holds at your head as well as your torso, arms and legs.  Great for migraines, tmj, post-concussion syndrome, and/or mood issues such as anxiety & depression.
